Academy What is SMASH? SMASH is a 1 - week long, FREE, FUN, and EDUCATIONAL academy for incoming 9th grade students (Freshman) with a health career interest. What do I get? Students receive instruction in math, science, SMASH, and healthcare enrichment. SMASH focuses on providing tools to improve study habits and confidence in laboratory science, research, college awareness and other useful academic experiences as middle school students pre- pare to begin high school. SMASH Graduation On the last day, students graduate with all this experience, CPR & First Aid training, and a lifetime of memories and fun! F R E E LEARN! FUN! Get S.M.A.S.H.ed !! What else? SMASH is 100% FREE!!!!!! Classes will be held all day at the WNMU Natural Sciences Depart- ment in Silver City, NM approx. 8:30 A.M.—4:00 P.M. daily. Lunch will be provided. What is SMASH?

SMASH is a 1-week long, FREE, FUN, and EDUCATIONAL academy for

incoming 9th grade students (Freshman) with a health career

interest.

What do I get?

Students receive instruction in math, science, SMASH, and
