January 2013 Sales Report

Once again the Sarnia Lambton Real Estate sales experienced a strong January, showing a 6% gain over January 2012 and a 12% gain over January 2011!!

Total sales for Lambton County were 121 for the month with 12 sales still pending.

Sales in the price range of $100,000- $150,000 dominated again as it did in January 2012!

Total active listings on the market were 785 units as of January 31, 2013.

The average sale price for a Residential (Single Family Home) in all of Lambton County was $205,538.
