● There is no visa for new Business Owners

● There is a visa for Business and Innovation Investor that require you to :

● Have invented something new

● Show you already had a business in your home country and invest A$1.25 million as well as transfer assets of A$2.25 million, or

● Make a significant investment of A$5 million

EMPLOYER MIGRATION PROGRAM

● If you don’t meet the Investor visa requirements

● Must apply for a visa via an employer – that employer can be a business that you own

● Must have a permanent full time job offer from an Australian business

● Sole Trader: one individual trading on their own

COMPANY - PTY LTD● A company is a distinct legal entity, with higher set-up and

administrative costs due to additional reporting requirements.

● Liability is limited to shareholders, but directors can be legally liable for their actions and certain debts.
