7.30amMeet LT2, C/ACI to mark attendance, check exam materials, account for snacks

7.55amCheck with other sch C that goes together on same bus. If both ready, leave to Open Air CP to board Bus

8.00am Bus takes off to respective schools

8.30-9amSet up Exam Venue (put up table stickers, seat plan (done by ext sch), set up Ops room)

9.30amAllow students to enter and C to read Appendix A’s instructions

10.00am Start exam

12.00pm End Exam, C to read Appendix A’s instructions

12-1220pmCheck all papers collected, remove table stickers, seat plan, clean up venue

1220-1230pm

Bus will await you to return HCI, teacher IC s of both schools boarding the same bus to contact each other for pick up at estimated time

1.00pmBack to HCI LT2, C&AC&Teacher to return all exam papers to Ms Wang Qian/Mr Zong Lixing

Notes to take during competition

OWrite the starting time & ending time on the white board.

OVerify the identity of participants by checking against their photo on their students card and the name on the sticker pasted on their desk.

ODo not disturb the participants and observe personal space.

ONo mathematical instrument set or calculator is allowed.

OChief Invigilators, in consultation with the teacher IC, to work out a schedule so that all invigilators take turn to have a break and refreshment.

If you suspect any participant cheating

ODo not alert the participants. OTake down the participant’s name, group

number & the question he/she is working on.

OReport to the teacher in-charge asap. OThe teacher in-charge will take over the

investigation.

Very Important!O Do not allowed any outsider, including

teachers from the school that you are at to borrow any copy of the question booklet. You can politely tell the teacher to speak to the teacher-in-charge from our school.

O You must make sure that all the scripts, whether used or not used, must be brought back to school.

O We MUST make sure that the OMR sheet of every participants are brought back for marking.
