When you delete your listings, it will bekept in the "Delete" folder for 60 daystemporarily before being permanently purged.

This simple guide will show you how to use our advertiser’s interface.

STEP 1 – LOGIN DETAILSGo to http://irealtor.iproperty.com.my/ and enter your login details.

STEP 2: Simple Functions on the DashBoard Page

This overview screen allows you to see all your listings at a glance. Under this section, you can upload listings and check number of views by a data range and quality scores.

With the symbols given, you can easily check and manage your listings, whether it is online or offline, see whether it is for rent or for sale, view featured properties and more. You can also export the list to an excel sheet.

STEP 3: MY LISTINGS

Ensure you fill up all of yourlisting details to obtain higherquality rating which will give youmore prominence iniProperty.com Malaysia searchengine

STEP 4: ADD A LISTINGFill in as much information as possible about the property. Providing more information to customers allows a higher chance of them contacting you.

Don’t miss out on providing more details on the Additional Details section and move on to Add Images and finally you can view your Summary of your property listing.

STEP 5: MANAGE LISTINGSToolbar when a listing is set as “OFFLINE”

¥ If you click on ÒADVERTISE” the listings will go live

¥ If you click ÒMake Selected Go Offline” the listings will go offline

¥ By clicking ÒMake Feature” you are setting your listing for a better position. You can opt for your FSR to be published for 7,14, 21 or 28 days.

¥ The ÒRe-Advertise Selected” button allows you to re-advertise the selected property based on your monthly limit

Tools you can use for both online and offline listings

¥ You can perform a quick edit on the selected listings¥ When you delete a listing, it will be moved into the Deleted folder automatically¥ If you click on ÒDuplicateÓ the chosen listing will be copied and you can use it as a template for a new listing (* all info will be duplicated except the pictures)

With Agentools, you can:

¥ Search for homeowners listings

¥ Receive notifications on new homeowner listing is available in your area via For Sale By Owner (FSBO) Alerts

¥ Utilise the co-broking database to sell your property

¥ Search for specific requests from property buyers with “Property Wanted”

¥ Check transacted property listings from our “Search Transacted ListingsÓ database.

Update your profile under the My Account tab in the main navigation page.

You can change or update your password, agency information and contact details.

STEP 6: OUR ADDED FEATURES – AGENTOOLSWith the AgenTools feature, you can have quick access to new sources of properties to sell.

STEP 7: FILL IN YOUR DETAILS - MY ACCOUNT

When you sign up to iRealtor, you will be entitled to a personal website Ð iAgent.

Just write a welcome message and information about yourself. Then enter a page title and describe yourself. Lastly, choose a maximum of 3 property listings you want to feature on the main page of your own website.

Click on ADD to incorporate relevant profile links you want to provide to clients. Finally, choose a template for your website.
