What is iProperty’s iRealtor iPhone application?
It’s a mobile realtor tool developed for the iPhone to make it more convenient and easy for you
as a Property Agent to manage your listings while you’re on the go.
How do I get the iRealtor iPhone application?
You can get the iRealtor app directly from the iPhone’s “App Store”, just search for and then
“iRealtor”.
The “App Store” tells me that my phone is not compatible with this application. What do I do?
This is most probably because your iPhone isn’t updated to the latest software. In order to do
that, you’ll need to update your phone to the latest iPhone software. Please visit your phone
provider to find out how to update to the latest software.

Do I need to register as an iProperty member in order to use this application?
In order to use iRealtor mobile, you’ll need to register yourself for an iRealtor account. Click here
to go to the registration page.
I can’t log into my account. What should I do?
You may need to check your activation and registration status if you have an iRealtor account.
Please call us at +603-2264 6888 or email [email protected] for more information.
Also, you may want to check your iPhone’s data (3G or WiFi) connection to see if you’re
connected to the Internet. To check, simply open “Safari” on your iPhone and visit
http://www.google.com. If you can load the web page, that means you’re connected.
What do I do when the application suddenly close when I am halfway navigating through it?
This usually happens when your phone opens up too many applications or when the iRealtor
application is having some issues. Please launch the application again.
What features does this application have?
There are many comprehensive features in the iRealtor app for the iPhone. Please refer to the

What is the difference between a regular iProperty.com Malaysia member account and an
iProperty.com Malaysia Agent account?
The iProperty Agent account is solely for the ownership of a Registered Real Estate Negotiator /

Does the iRealtor iPhone application include advertisements?
At this moment, we’re not displaying any advertisements on iRealtor app for the iPhone.
In the future, we may be sending you messages and announcements that we have so that
you can be updated on what’s going on in iProperty.com Malaysia.
What devices will the iRealtor app for the iPhone work on?
It’ll only work for the iPhone. You cannot use this application if you have an Android phone,
Sony Ericsson, Nokia, HTC or any other brands that do not support the iOS platform.
Does the iRealtor iPhone application consume any data on my iPhone?
Yes. It’s highly advisable that you sign up for a data plan with your network provider (all
Malaysian network providers like Maxis, Digi, Celcom, uMobile, etc. have a data plan ready).
If you do not have any data plan but would still like to use this application, please ensure your
WiFi is turned on to use and turn off your “Cellular Data” option on your iPhone to avoid
getting charged unnecessarily for data usage.
How do I start using the iRealtor iPhone application?

How do I add a new listing from this application?
You can tap on the “Snap & Upload” button or “Add Listing” button at the Home Screen and
the “Add Listing” button at the bottom menu bar.
How do I edit listings from this application?
You will need to go into the “Manage Listing” screen before you can do that. Once you’re there,
tap anywhere on the listing in order to go to the “Edit Page”.
How do I manage my listings from the application?
You can tap on the “Manage Listings” button on the Home Screen or tap “Manage” at the
bottom menu bar. You can also visit the “Manage Listings” help screen for self-help navigation.
What is the difference between Snap & Upload and Add Listings?
Snap and Upload allows you to take and preview photos before uploading them up to your
listing. The “Add Listing” feature allows you to do the opposite first.
How do I view my account information?
You can tap on “View Profile” at the Home Screen or “Profile” at the bottom menu bar.
How do I change my Facebook posting limit from the application?
At this moment, you are unable to do so. In order to change your Facebook posting limit,
please use your laptop or computer to log into iRealtor to change.

How do I contact iProperty from the application?
You can go to “Profile” from the bottom menu bar or “View Profile” from the Home Screen, then
tap on the top right button to fire up the “Contact Us” page.
How do I upload pictures to my listing from this application?
If you use “Snap & Upload”, your camera will automatically open up so that you can take photos
immediately. If you use “Add Listing”, you need to tap on the camera button at the top left corner
of the screen.
How do I view and answer my enquiries from this application?
You can tap on “View Enquiries” from the Home Screen or “Enquiries” from the bottom menu
bar to access all of your iRealtor enquiries.
How do I filter my enquiries by date or type (SMS / Email)?
You will can see a “Mobile Phone” and a “Snail Mail” icon at the right side of each enquiry line.
Mobile phone represents SMS enquiries and Snail Mail represents Email enquiries.
In order to filter your messages by date, you can tap on the top right corner button (filter icon).
How do I feature my listings from this application?
In order to feature your listings, you must first select the listings that you want to feature from
the “Manage Listings” screen. Tap on the little round boxes on the left panel of each listing to
select.
Once you’ve done that, a bottom menu screen will appear with options for you to choose. Tap
on “Feature” and select the feature listing options.
How do I re-advertise my listings from this application?
In order to re-advertise your listings, you must first select the listings that you want to
re-advertise from the “Manage Listings” screen. Tap on the little round boxes on the left panel of
each listing to select.
Once you’ve done that, a bottom menu screen will appear with options for you to choose. Tap
on “Readvertise” and select the feature listing options.
How do I make my listings go offline?
In order to make your listings go offline, you must first select the listings from the “Manage
Listings” screen. Tap on the little round boxes on the left panel of each listing to select.
Once you’ve done that, a bottom menu screen will appear with options for you to choose. Tap
on “Make Offline” and select the feature listing options.
How do I resume my work if my phone gets distracted by receiving calls or SMSes?
Simply double tap on your iPhone’s “Home Button” and tap on iRealtor. You should be back at
where you previously stopped without any data loss.

How do I refresh my listings, content or enquiries?
In order to check the latest listing changes, enquiries or account information, you can pull
down the screen to refresh the page.
Can I select multiple listings to perform an action?
In order to select Multiple Listings under “Manage”, tap on the (icon) button on the far left
corner of the screen. Also, you can check selected listings by using the checkbox on the left
corner of each listing listed.
Can I filter my enquiries by email or SMS?
With iRealtor Mobile, you’re able to check the difference between an SMS and email enquiry
by checking out the (email icon) email icon and (SMS icon) SMS icon.
Can I filter my enquiries by date?
You’re able to filter your enquiries by either 7, 14, or 30 days. There are also two folders for
you to filter with – New and archived messages.
