Control codes can be saved like normalphonebook entries in the PhoneBook(eg for controlling an AnswerPhoneremotely).

Record a conversation - useful if youare given a phone number oraddress.

Dictate a memo, as a reminder, orfor others to hear.

Save a message to play a caller.

Hold in the Memo key (onright side). A beep indicates

the start of recording.Release key to stop record-ing.

A beep will warn you whenthe memory is almost full(20 seconds max.).

Press the Memo key briefly.

You can release key topause, hold in again to con-tinue.

A pause of more than 10 seconds willreturn the phone to standby, ready foranother memo. A new memo willreplace the oldest one, when thememory is full.

You may also use soft keys for theabove functions whilst using VoiceMemo.

If you dont wish to disturb others(eg meeting) you can prerecord amessage: I have answered, but I am moving towhere we can talk privately.

Your menu enables you to set and con-trol a valuable range of features and net-work services, enabling you to keepconstantly in touch, and efficientlyorganise your business and leisureactivities. Not all the listed services maybe available in your network, or mayrequire registration, please check withyour Service Provider.

The following sections describe usingthe Menu key when in standby. Press-

ing the key in other states (eg whenusing PhoneBook) provides furtheroptions relevant to that state.

When active, the name of the servicemay appear in your menu, there will bea submenu if more than one applica-tion is active.
