GETTING TO KNOW YOU

In an effort to promote the warm community feeling we strive for here at KMS, we introduce you to KMS members each week. We hope you enjoy meeting your fellow members and will use these brief bios as a catalyst to introduce yourself to others at KMS.

DEBBIE & JASON UNGER Debbie and Jason have lived in Kemp Mill for 10 (!) years. They moved here from Boston where they both went to Boston University and sang together in the Jewish a cappella group there.

Their children, Nili and Asher, go to BHA. Nili, who is in 3rd grade, loves thrill rides, reading Harry Potter, and swimming. Asher, a 1st grader, loves playing Super Mario Maker, watching the Orioles, and playing baseball.

Debbie is originally from Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. She is the Atelierista at the Bender JCC Preschool in Rockville, where she builds teepees, makes giant bubbles and plays. In her spare time, she loves sewing, playing guitar, and buying power tools.

Jason grew up in Columbia (as in the mall, not the country). He has his own web design and graphic design business, Digital Ink. During his downtime, Jason enjoys watching the Ravens and Orioles, telling

#baddadjokes, and not being the handy one in the family.

The Unger family loves spending time with their energetic Double Doodle Teddy. Teddy loves chewing on sticks, eating shoes, and long walks on the beach.

They love the diverse community at KMS, the many wonderful people they have met there, and the very short walk to shul.
