Seoul Food and Hotel provides international exporting companies from the food, beverage, foodservice and hospitality industry with an undisputed entry point into the Korean market. Over the four day exhibition, trade-only buyers from every sector of the food and beverage industry will attend, sourcing international products for the whole of Korea.

The last decade has seen vast changes in the Korean diet, as well as ways of eating and drinking. Coffee shops are still on the increase, and the ‘café lifestyle’ is now very much a part of everyday life. Restaurants and supermarkets are constantly sourcing new and innovative international imports to satisfy the continually evolving tastes of their customers. And the amount of beer and wine being imported has never been higher - testament to the Western lifestyle now present in Korea.

Alongside the exhibition, 2016 will also host the second Seoul Food and Hotel Culinary Challenge, comprising of a series of 11 different culinary competitions and allowing more than 200 Korean chefs to compete. The competition is supported by the Korean Chefs Club and Les Toques Blanches, and ensures that the chefs of Korea are in attendance to source new ingredients and cooking equipment from around the world.

With more opportunities than ever for international exporters entering the Korean market, Seoul Food and Hotel offers the perfect gateway, and is universally recognised as the largest and most established food and hospitality tradeshow in Korea.
