Fast, simple, cost-effective. For mounting on flat roofsand ground areasIf you are looking for the perfect solution for medium to large PV systems on flat surfaces, this system will impress you. The unique trademark of the ConSole system is the use of ballasting through the weight of gravel, quarry tiles or similar material, so that the roof membrane or the installation surface remain intact. This results in very easy planning, extremely short mounting times and secure support.

ConSole is made of 100% chlorine-free polyethylene, which gives the robust system longevity. At the same time, the low weight and the stackable shape offer major advantages in terms of logistics and warehousing as well as during installation.

The robust and durable ConSole system stands out thanks to particularly easy handling.

Do you want to install a solar system on a corrugated or trapezoidal metal sheet construction, possibly even using oversized, framed PV modules? If so, this system is particularly suitable for your needs. The TriSole triangular elevated mounting system can be mounted on flat and pitched roofs with inclinations of up to 20° easily, quickly and securely using heavy duty panels, hanger bolts or solar fasteners.

Many system components are already pre-assembled so that time-consuming and expensive preparations are no longer necessary. Durable components made of high-grade aluminium and stainless steel also guarantee a long useful life.

TriSole combines great flexibility with a robust design and is synonymous with simple, fast and secure mounting.

Ground mounting

If you want to install a PV system on a pitched roof with a trapezoidal metal sheet construction and also prefer a simple installation and optimal cost-performance ratio, then MetaSole offers you the perfect solution.

The compact system facilitates the rapid mounting of framed PV modules on trapezoidal metal sheet roofs with thicknesses between 0.4 mm and 1.5 mm. Only four different components are required to install the modules directly to the roof: a clamp base with optimised weight, two thin sheet metal screws with a special coating, one end clamp and one middle clamp. The screw with a crowding tip makes pilot drilling unnecessary, resulting in extremely short mounting times. The small volume, low number of components and lack of mounting rails mean very low investment costs.

One system – a multitude of possibilities. Thanks to its variable modular design, the VarioSole mounting system can overcome almost any technical hurdle. As a professional, integrated mounting system for installing PV systems, it also boasts a wide range of fixings and other sophisticated accessories.

Aluminium roof hooks – Lightweight. Strong. Simply outstanding.

Weighing only 455 grams, our lightweight aluminium roof hooks are a convenient and fast way to mount the VarioSole system on any roof around the world. The aluminium roof hooks can also withstand maximum loads with pressure and tensile force limits of over 2.00 kN/m2. They have therefore been granted building authority approval (DiBt approval code Z-14.4-515), providing peace of mind. The roof hooks offer a particular advantage in that their high load-bearing capacity means fewer are needed compared with conventional products.

VarioSole − the perfect solution for all roofs

InterSole offers you an optimal alternative in the area of water-draining in-roof mounting systems. It is one of the oldest and most established BIPV systems on the photovoltaics market. Since 2003, it has been ensuring rainwater-proof roofs with solar plants, providing the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. The water tightness is guaranteed by the InterSole plates, which are made of durable synthetics (HDPE) and hooked in the roof laths like gutter tiles. The anchors hold the mounting rails and the height-adjustable module clamps fixed to these mounting rails can hold nearly all modules currently on the market.

Due to the flexible structures in place at our production site, we can respond quickly even during peak times and ensure the optimal availability of all our basic products.

Our individual packaging processes mean that every order is shipped as needed to the desired address. In addition, you benefit from affordable transport costs thanks to the optimisation of our packing units. For example, 80 ConSoles fit on one pallet, corresponding to a mounting capacity of approximately 20 kWp. Another advantage for you is that we generally avoid unnecessary packaging material. This way, less material has to be recycled, protecting the environment in the best way possible.
