General

Seconomize™ is an early stage, self-funded, technology start-up that is developing new platforms for e-commerce. The technology and methods to search and discover products and services has remained relatively stagnant for more than a decade. We help companies engage their customers and increase sales by reversing the shopping paradigm. We actively drive the site’s offering to the visitor rather than passively waiting for information to be discovered; reducing time to purchase and increasing average spend.

The web is no longer passive. Data is being driven to consumers through multiple channels – the way consumers discover products and services on-site, has been left behind, way behind. Seconomize aims to jump start e-commerce. Our core product is Silvertive™ - an innovative way to explore and visualize thousands of data objects at once. Silvertive drives big data to big dollars! Silvertive is an e-commerce infrastructure application bringing active search to all operating systems and across all devices.

Silvertive delivers an engaging user experience like nothing currently available. It gives site visitors the power and the ability to extract greater value and actionable information from the data that websites already make available to their visitors. It shows relationships and reveals hidden trends in a way site owners never imagined possible. With Silvertive, organizations increase user engagement and data discoverability across their site by turning passive digital content into impressive online catalogs.

Opportunity

Seconomize is looking for independent sales agents (“Connectors”) with experience in selling software solutions or web services to companies that generate significant income from e-commerce websites, web galleries and web catalogs. This is a lucrative opportunity to sell a reputable product to appropriate prospects. We won't waste your time and we hope you don’t waste ours. Silvertive in Action

Note: Silvertive currently works on Wintel & OS X-Intel based computers. Our tablet/smartphone version is in development so please try the examples on your PC or Mac.

To give you a better idea of what we do, we’ve included a couple samples of Silvertive implementations. We currently offer two distinct products: Silvertive for Websites and Silvertive for Facebook. This allows organizations to use the same visually-engaging technology that they use on their website on their Facebook presence.

Visit this demo to see an example of Silvertive for Websites. You might need to install the Microsoft

Silverlight client in your browser before the page loads completely. If Silverlight is not already installed in your browser, you will see a message from Microsoft indicating how to get it. Although Silvertive currently makes use of the Silverlight platform, future versions will not require any external, client-side plugins (i.e., Shockwave, Flash, Silverlight, etc.) of any kind.

You can see Silvertive for Facebook here, but before you click, make sure you’re already logged-in to Facebook. This is a fully enabled demonstration of our product, so just login to your Facebook account and try it yourself.

The Sale

- Short sales cycle: if you prepare in advance by identifying appropriate prospects, Silvertive does not involve a long, drawn-out sales cycle. It is as simple to sell, as it is to implement

- No post-sale service: you will not be required to deliver additional or ongoing services following the sale

- No installation required: Silvertive is a cloud-based solution. Since your customers have nothing to install on their servers, setup is extremely quick and easy

- We’re a team: we both bring expertise to the table. You know your space and your customers; we know the market and the product. We are always ready to help with a sale

- We provide you with the product knowledge and sales tools necessary to present the solutions to your customers

Compensation

Our compensation plan recognizes your effort and achievements as well as your commitment to Seconomize. We cannot succeed if you do not succeed. To make sure you are adequately recognized, we have the following simple and generous commission structure. We pay:

- 20% commission for closing deals - All commissions due are calculated on actual revenue collected

- All commissions are paid for the life of the customer (and as long as you are an active1

Seconomize agent) or for three years – whichever comes first - Sorry, no additional overrides. If you have a team that sells with you, the commission is

yours to share as you see fit. - A typical deal is ~ $12,000/year

What are we looking for from our agents?

The easy answer is: we need you as our partner to market and sell our Silvertive solutions.

Step 1: Learn

Study the company profile – be able to present the background, history and management of the Seconomize.

Review our products and test some of our demos: grasp what we are offering and why it is so innovative; understand use cases: who and why.

This step won't take too long and we will be actively involved with one another – so you can get to know us and we can get to know you. As this stage progresses, you need to decide if you have the right skills and contacts to make this a productive venture for both you and us.

1 We consider you to be an active agent as long as you produce at least one deal every six months. If a

six-month period passes where no deals have closed your status will become inactive.

Step 2: Leads

This is where you develop your call list based on what you’ve learned about the offering and the use cases. Your industry experience, contacts and product knowledge converge to produce a high-quality, high-probability contact list.

Step 3: Opportunities

Review your lead list with us. We will provide actionable input regarding where we believe there is a legitimate opportunity and where you are less likely to encounter success.

Reach out to your contacts to determine whether there is interest and who the appropriate individual(s) is within the organization to talk to about Silvertive (this is usually the person responsible for revenue generation from the website).

Once you claim a lead with us, it is yours to sell to for as long as you are an active agent. Period.

Step 4: Intro

Reach out to the decision maker and present the solution.

Discuss implementing Silvertive on the company’s website and/or Facebook Page

Optional: schedule a webinar where we can help with the sale by demonstrating Silvertive and discussing the details of the deal. Prepare your contact for the meeting; before we all spend time on the potential deal and meeting itself, it is important to make certain that the contact is serious about the meeting.

Make sure the prospect likes our solutions and is willing to discuss how to implement them in his/her company’s website and/or Facebook Page

Step 5: Earn

Follow through and close the deal on a monthly subscription for Silvertive.

Receive recurring commission revenue. Sweet!
