T hroughout the first Round of 5th grade P.E. testing, there were many impressive, grinding, stand-out moments during the
“Beep Test”. The Beep Test is a series of standardized beeps that gradually get faster and faster, while the students must close the gap on a measured distance (65 ft) before the next beep.
Friday was the last day of testing and many thought that the high scores were in the books and unattainable. Little did we know, Justin DeLancey had something to say about that. Justin paced himself right

off the bat, not trying to impress anyone with his speed, because he knows that he was in it for the long run.
Right around level 6, Justin ran into an obstacle...He literally ran right out of one of his shoes...think this would rattle DeLancey? He didn't even miss a step, he kept his focus, and kept his pace. Justin had the support of all of his classmates who cheered him on and helped push him all the way through. Justin completed Level 11.2 (112 laps), This day will go down in the record books for Mr. DeLancey! Have a Day Justin!
