IMPROVING SKILLS THROUGH TRAINING You are employed as a manager in one branch of the store, "All Seasons Music" which has branches throughout Namibia. After your store's annual performance appraisal of all branches and all staff, it was revealed that staff in your store performed poorly in two skill areas. It appears as if your store has lost several customers and at the same time many serious mistakes were made in the use of cash registers, and cashiers made several mistakes when they gave change to customers. As manager you have been tasked with arranging training of your staff on skills, knowledge and attitudes that are lacking and are required for good job performance.
