but i am not alone in this country. i still have friends that i can see, family i can visit, people i can talk to. in chicago i got to see one of my best friends form senior year. it was pretty nice to see an old face but in addition i got to make new memories with new friends as well.

if some one had told me long ago that i would have to repatriated into my own country i wouldve laughed and aid im never leaving. well turns out i did. repatriation is more then a process with the fedeeral government. it’s a constant battle of questioning everything that happens around you. it’s a fight to keep the knowledge that has been obtained abroad and use it here at home. yes, obtained abroad and use it here at home. yes, america has changed in my eyes. the world, a lot less big, yet my pride is strong. i am an american.
