Our industry is rapidly changing with the adoption of digital technologies. De-centralized trials and AI/ML are making inroads into the day to day activities of Clinical Data Management. CDM’s role in this evolution is critical to keep the right balance of speed, quality, and efficiency by utilizing Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) and Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP). SCDM strives to be at the forefront of this change, to support the CDM community with right tools and information through Education and forward-looking innovative content through White Papers, Webinars, as well as Global Conferences. SCDM’s drive toward its selected strategic priorities is particularly important. They serve as a cornerstone not only for SCDM but for the CDM industry. Future-looking and action-orientated, SCDM will be leading the CDM industry through offering its trusted professional content and certification, delivering acclaimed thought-leadership, and advocating for the future Clinical Data Science (CDS) profession. In 2021 we will further strengthen these cornerstones with the launch of our new journal, the JSCDM, and our launch of CCDM® certification as part of a broader 3-tier certification strategic roadmap - CCDA, CCDM, CCDS. Our 2021 partnership offers you the platform to help support range of your objectives while supporting SCDM’s mission through educational content and dialogue with SCDM’s global community and key opinion leaders in the CDM industry. Certification is for a period of 3 years and can be renewed through the accumulation of CEUs or by retaking the exam. Currently there are over 504 CCDMs worldwide.
