**Selecting the User Menu icon leads to folders that are specific to your role. The folders contain transactions that lead to screens where you do your work.

**Open folders in your user menu to see what transactions exist for youDouble click anywhere on the transaction line to enter the screenYou can navigate this way, or just enter the transaction code in the Fast Path Field*You can create sub folders within the overall Favorites folder to better organize the links to your most used transactionsThat way, you can just double click on the transaction you want to go to within your favorite folder instead of having to remember the transaction code and typing it into the Fast Path Field.Your Favorites folders will appear at the top of the Easy Access Screen for both your User Menu or SAP Menu.*The buttons on the Standard toolbar allow for quick access to the most commonly used SAP functions. The buttons such as Enter, Cancel, and Exit remain the same as you move from one screen to another in SAP. When a button is grayed out, that tool is not available during the current task.

*To move from one transaction to another, you must type /N before the transaction code in the Fast Path Field. Then select the green check mark or enter on your key board. You will move from the screen you were currently on to the new screen.

*You may see system messages when you are entering data or navigating through SAP. These messages display either in the status bar or in a message box. There are three types of system messages: Error, Information, and Warning. *It is recommended that you have two sessions open in SAP. That way, if you start clocking in one session, you can continue working in the other session. *Some field help contains links to additional explanations.**This is easier than selecting Control + Alt + Delete to end a task*Sessions that are no longer needed should be closed to reserve system resources. You will NOT get a prompt to save your data when closing additional sessions, so make sure you save your work before ending a session.*
