    Central heating installation criteria

    Pump installation .

    Two-pipe system . Upper- or bottom division, vertical pipes distribution systems, manifold

    systems .

    Convection or Underfloor radiators .

    Automatic air bleeders (no de-aerating grid present) .

    Normal or thermostatic radiator valves .

    Initial regulation by valves with initial preset or orifices .

    Differential pressure balancing by balancing stabilisers .

    Possibility of using flow governors .

    Hydraulic calculations

    Adjustment of diameters of pipes.

    Estimation of hydraulic resistance for individual circuits, taking into account

    gravity pressure, resulting from water cooling in pipes and heat receivers.

    Reduces overpressure in circuits by adjusting initial presets of valves with

    double control, or adjustment of aperture diameters for balancing orifices.

    Takes into account necessity of ensuring the relevant hydraulic resistance of

    pipe-run with heat receiver (pgmin). Adjustment of presets for differential pressure governors installed in

    positions selected by designer (risers base, installations branch, etc.).

    Adjustment of presets for differential pressure governors installed in

    Automatically takes into account requirements on authorities for

    thermostatic valves (appropriate pressure drop on valves).

    Heat calculations

    Estimation of heat gains from pipes of installation led in individual rooms.

    Calculation of cooling for heating agent in pipes .

    Estimation of required radiators dimensions for given heat load demand.

    Adjustment appropriate flux of heating agent inflowing heat receivers, taking

    into account its cooling in pipes and heat gains from pipes (variant of

    regulation of existing installation, e.g. in additionally insulated buildings).

    Takes into account influence of water cooling in pipes on value of gravity

    pressure in individual circuits, as well as on heat load of heat receivers.

    The calculation results presentation The contents of all tables can be formatted (choice of rows and columns to

    be shown, choice of font size) and sorted according to freely chosen key .

    All drawings could be transferred in to another application using WMF,

    DXF and DWG format.

    In case of the DXF and DWG files the layers and blocks structure a saved.

    The contents of all tables can be transferred in to another application via

    clipboard.
