SANJIV INDUSTRIES was founded by Shri Sham Lal Aggarwal Ji in 1988. It is a family owned partnership firm. It has business in animal nutrition and refined oils. The animal nutrition business of Sanjiv Industries provides animal feed for dairy, poultry and swine. Sanjiv Industries also manufactures refined edible oils. It markets animal feed under the name of GOKAL and PALAK.

The animal feed business has 2 plants in Khanna. Sanjiv Industries has 2 Solvent Plants in Khanna and Shahpur. Sanjiv Industries also has it’s own refinery located in Khanna.

BRIEF HISTORY OF: SANJIV INDUSTRIES

EARLY YEARS

• Founded in 1988 by Shri Sham Lal Aggarwal Ji.

• Launched Gokal brand in the cattle feed market.

• Plant’s Production capacity was 1000 MT/Month.

• Marketed in Punjab and Haryana only.

• Two years later, we entered Rajasthan and Himachal

Pradesh’s market.

• In 1991, We entered Oil Industry by setting up our own

Solvent Plant in Khanna.

▪ The Solvent Plant was producing Non-edible Oil only.

▪ Solvent Plant’s Production Capacity was 6000 MT/Month.Under Shri Sham Lal Aggarwal Ji’s leadership, Gokal Feed became very popular because of it’s low price rate and consistent result.

EARLY MID YEARS

▪ By the year 1995, Gokal Feed was competing in Punjab,

Haryana, Rajasthan, Himachal Pardesh, Uttar Pradesh,

Bihar and Uttarakhand.

▪ The Production Capacity of Feed Plant was Increased to

2000 MT/Month.

▪ Gokal Feed started advertising via wall paintings and

merchandised items like pen, note pad and calendars.

MID YEARS

▪ In the year 2009, Mr, Nawal Aggarwal became the new

Managing Director of Sanjiv Industries after being elected

by the partners.

▪ New range of Cattle Feed products were Introduced like

Gold, Silver, Super and Supreme.

▪ The Company established it’s own Oil Refinery in 2012 in

Khanna.

▪ The Solvent Plants were upgraded to produce Semi-edible

and edible oils and fatty acids as well.

▪ The Production capacity of Cattle Plant Feed was Increased

to 5000 MT/Month by installing a modernised semi-

automatic and steam boiled feed plant in 2014.Under Mr. Nawal Aggarwal’s leadership, the company modernised all it’s plants.

RECENT YEARS

▪ We introduced High Quality Cattle Feed products

like Rich Milk 11000, 5000, 8000, 10000 and a

special feed for Buffalo called Buff.

▪ In the year 2016, another Solvent Plant was

established at Shahpur, Punjab.

▪ In 2018, We entered Poultry Feed industry by

Launching our brand PALAK NUTRITIONS and

installing a Fully Automatic and Steam Boiled

based Feed Plant.

▪ The Production Capacity of Poultry Feed Plant is

5000 MT/Month.

▪ In 2019, We entered Swine Feed market with

PALAK NUTRITIONS brand.
