The prosecutormust also inform the victim of the method of see5ing an order for protection or restrainingorder and that the victim may see5 an order ithout paying a fee.

      prosecutor shall ma5e reasonale good faith efforts to notify each affected crime victim,either orally or in riting, ith notice of the final disposition of the case. This notice must eprovided ithin !" or5ing days after conviction, acquittal, or dismissal of a criminal case.

    N0T67 8f a prosecutor contacts the crime victim in advance of the final case disposition andnotifies the victim of the victim9s right to request information on the final disposition, theprosecutor shall only e required to provide notice to those victims ho have indicated theirdesire in advance to e notified of the final case disposition. This provision only appliesto the disposition notice, not to the other notification requirements.
