Mobile Sales Application



Sales Application Main Screen

After opening the Salesapplication , you will bedisplayed with 4 Tabs or

modules as shown below.

New Order

Collection

Credit Limit

iew !ispatch



Employee should click on

“Master Sync” option toget the below detailsfrom the server.

All the dealers list.

All the products list.

All the dealers creditLimit and outstandingamount values.

If any dealers (orproducts (or items areadded then those itemswill be re!ected here.



Clic" on #New Order$button to place the order



After clicking on the “New Order” optionyou will be navigated to the ne"t pagewhere you will be displayed with below

#elds.

rom the select Dealer dropdown youcan select one dealer.

)espective dealer*s credit limit andoutstanding amounts will bedisplayed.

+ased on these credit and outstandingvalues employee (ield ',cer can take

the decision on placing the new order.

If the dealer has su,cient credit limitthen employee(ield o,cer will placethe order by clicking on the “ProceedOrder” button.



After clicking on the “ProceedOrder” button then category ofthe products will be displayed

based on the company productsor items.

Like Fertilizers andPesticides.



After clicking on the one ofthe category a new screenwill be displayed with the list

of the products and the-uantity te"t #eld to enterthe re-uired -uantity.



$elect the product by enablingthe check box and enter thereuired uantity as shownin the screen shot.

After selecting the re-uireditems and -uantity click on“Submit order” button toplace the order successfully.



In the same way other

category items can beordered.



&lick on “!ollection” button

to submit the collectionrelated details.



After clicking on the“!ollection” button you willbe displayed with the below#elds.

&lick on “Proceed!ollection” button to enterthe collection related details.



After clicking on the “Proceed!ollection” button a newscreen will be displayed withthe below #elds.

After entering all these detailsclick on “Submit” button tosend these details to the server.

button to view the dispatched-uantity details.



After clicking on the “#iewDispatch” button you will bedisplayed with the belowdetails.

Adding or deleting of Dealers can be done from the

Web console by the Admin. Adding or deleting of Products or items can be donefrom the Web console by the Admin.

Credit Limits can be set to all the dealers from the

Web console. Approval of the orders can be done by the Adminfrom the Web console.

All these activities will be reflected on the mobile

application once the employee performed the“Master Sync” operation which is available in themobile application.
