Process flow for Retailer App

Installation of App: User will download app form the server and install it in their mobile.

Registration: After launch of the app user will register them self via their valid mobile no. App will ask if user has password or not. If user click on No, he/she will redirect into registration form.

Registration Process- User need to fill registration form with his details like company name, person name, mobile no, email, PAN No, Tin No, etc. Some of the fields are mandatory.

There is also an option for retailer to submit his shop photographs and visiting card.

Activation of Retailer: Registered retailer will be activated from panel, after that retailer will be able to use the app.

Log In: If Retailer already have user name and password then he can login directly by app.

Dashboard: After Log In user will redirect to dashboard. Assigned distributor will display at the top of the screen. User can view offers, order and My Order option in the screen

Offers: User can view list of existing offer schemes in the screen. At the time of order user can select any one schemes displaying here.

Schemes in Panel: User can add, edit delete schemes form panel. Below is the view of schemes list in panel

Add Scheme: User can add schemes from the panel.

Below are the types of screen user can set from the panel:

Orders: Retailer can order by selecting order from dashboard. After selection user will get options item code, all, categories, generic and frequently ordered items in a list at the top of the screen.

Item Code: User can directly search an item by item code or item name and add to the cart by filling the quantity.

All: List of products will display here, user can select an item and it will redirect to product detail screen and user can add product into the cart.

Select scheme and add item into cart: User will select an item, case wise and add it to the cart for order.

Categories: Next option is categories; user can view categories of products.

Order from cart: Added item will show in cart and user can make orders from here. There is also an option to delete added item from here as well.

View order in panel: User can view orders in panel in order list.

My Orders: User can view his / her past orders in my order section from dashboard and can view detail of order in order history.

Dashboard hamburger menu: There is a menu in the top of the dashboard screen, user can view profile, can complain, replacement request etc. from here.

My Profile: User can view and edit profile from my profile option.

Complaint: User can complaint regarding any product with images of fault in the product or any other issue.

View complaint in panel: Admin can view retailers complain in panel and admin can also reply of the complaint from panel, retailer will get notification of reply in the application.

Replacement request: User can request for a replacement of a product if he wish to replace.

Refresh App: If user wants to manual refresh the data, he/ she can do it from refresh link otherwise data will be refresh automatically.

Log Out: App will be automatically Log Out at date change and user can also manually Log Out from Log Out button.
