• Indian Cancer Society is the oldest Cancer NGO in India.

• Founded in 1951 in Mumbai and 1983 in Delhi.

• Our objective is to provide awareness and education, as

well as high quality low cost cancer screening.

• Our volunteers visit patients at hospitals to offer emotional

support and financial assistance to the deserving.

Funds raised by Indian Cancer Society through the marathon will go

Spreading awareness among the masses

Preventive screening

Medical ( chemo therapy and radiotherapy ) assistance to patients

One in eleven bed in hospitals are occupied by patients

who are cancer afflicted.

These numbers are only increasing. 11lakhs/year new

cases

Cancer sees no class, age or financial condition . Death

due to cancer 5lakh/year
