Indian Cancer Society is the oldest Cancer NGO in India, founded in 1951 in Mumbai and 1983 in Delhi. Our objective is to provide awareness and education, as well as high quality low cost cancer screening. Our volunteers visit patients at hospitals to offer emotional support and financial assistance to the deserving.

The Race is won even before it is finished
• Corporate challenge is a competitive yet fun platform for organizations to register and compete as a corporate team and raise money for charity.
• With a single registration a corporate can get 10, 25, or 40 employees to participate on the track to showcase the spirit of giving.
• All departments in an organization come together as a show of spirit and can use it effectively to foster employee bonding , team bonding and camaraderie, market the organization and effectively undertake a public relation exercise.
• Along with this tax benefits – 80G can be availed of.

The race is won when each individual within the corporate challenge gears upand motivates himself /herself to support a cause they believe in.
So while the corporate is fielding its champions on the tracks , the champions are championing a cause they believe in as corporate challenge I- pledgers.
This action of total involvement will be recognized by the organizers. – companies whose CC team members collectively raise more than Rs 75,000 and submit them to concern India Foundation before or by 31st October 2013 will be entitled to have two runner boards on the race day showcasing the company’s name and the logo /s of the NGO they are supporting.

Team 10** An upfront, non-refundable contribution of INR 1,25,000
Out of the upfront contribution, Concern India Foundation will retain @10%, i.e. INR 12,500. The balance amount of INR 1,12,500 will be disbursed to the chosen NGO.
Team 25 An upfront, non-refundable contribution of INR 2,50,000
Out of the upfront contribution, Concern India Foundation will retain @10%, i.e. INR 25,000. The balance amount of INR 2,25,500 will be disbursed to the chosen NGO.
Team 40 An upfront, non-refundable contribution of INR 3,50,000
Out of the upfront contribution, Concern India Foundation will retain @10%, i.e. INR 35,000. The balance amount of INR 3,15,500 will be disbursed to the chosen NGO.

• The Company registration amount does not include the event application fees payable for individual CC team member’s participation in the Event. These need to be paid additionally .
•Two cheques are to be made –•a) Team size – Cheque made in the name of Concern India Foundation.•b) Race registration amount – Procam International Ltd.
** Team Size 10 will be available only to organizations which have not fielded Corporate Challenge teams during ADHM 2010, 2011 and/0r 2012
Corporate Challenge Registration Process
Step 1: Company registration
• Fill up the Corporate Challenge registration form.
• Choose your NGO or Charity.
• Enclose a cheque donation amount of INR 1,25,000 or INR 2,50,000 or INR 3,50,000.
• Submit the form and cheque at the Concern India foundation office along with the declaration form.
• Declaration form can be downloaded from www.concernindiafoundation.org/adhm13
Corporate Challenge Registration Process
Step 2 – Putting together the team
Once the company registration formalities are completed with Concern India Foundation( Step -1) companies start putting their team of 10/25/40 together.
Each company will receive 2 URL links from Concern India Foundation. The first URL link will be an administrative link to be retained by the key facilitator.The second URL needs to be circulated internally within the employee base or to the employees chosen to be a part of the team, so as to facilitate the process of filling in of the individual event application form .
The employees accessing the link will be required to fill in the form with all the relevant mandatory fields and submit the same.

Step 2 – Putting together the team
• Once all the team members have filled in and submitted their application forms, the key facilitator needs to approve the entries on the administrative link.• The key facilitator also needs to choose a team leader from amongst the team members online. This person will be the one point contact for Concern India Foundation to coordinate with all activities pertaining to the event.• Companies having multiple teams will make individual team leaders per team and excel sheets with the teams name are to be marked accordingly.• Final submission of both URLs ( including individual team member registrations) must be submitted by 31st October

Step 2 – Putting together the team
Important
1. A company has the option to submit filled event application forms for individual CC team members offline. Printed forms will be available with Concern India Foundation from 10th September2013.
1. Mandatory fields including photo, DOB, emergency contact no’s are essential for the forms to be submitted through the URL link.
2. Pledge kits can be downloaded from the charity’s website www.concernindiafoundation.org/adhm13.
3.Two Cheques will have to be made one for the team size in the name of Concern India Foundation and the other for the race category in the name of Procam International Ltd. – ADHM.
What the corporate challenge team can look forward to -:
Lead up to the Race Day
• Regular news letter and prerace communication.• Online interactive page on Concern India Foundation website to enable internal communication in the team with online fund raising options.• Downloadable pledge kit.
Race day
• Hosted in a separate Corporate challenge tent with special bibs.• Top 5 corporate teams of ADHM 2012 edition will be given priority line up.• Visibility and celebrity visit at the marquee.
After Race day –
• Team acknowledgement on website and charity docket.• 80G certificates to every donor and the corporate.• Invitation for the ADHM Charity Awards night will be extended to the top management of companies.

Who doesn’t fear the scourge of Cancer? Being struck with cancer can drain families emotionally and financially.Indian Cancer Society - Delhi advocates awareness and early screening to be able to tackle cancer efficiently and effectively.
All the funds raised by Indian Cancer society will go towards Preventive screening . Medical ( chemotherapy and radiotherapy) assistance to patients and Spreading awareness among the masses.
