The fee includes
• All accommodation (single room, b & b in Nagoya and Tokyo)
• Transportation within Japan (bus, speedy train)
• Training and factory visits; trainers, materials, venue,translation, transport
• Lunches during the training and factory visits
• A dinner invitation by LIT & TEC
The fee
does not include
• Return flight ticket to Japan
• Travel insurance and other related travel costs
• Transfers to/from Airport to the Hotels
• All extras at hotels (mini bar, dry cleaning, telephone, etc.)
• Transport during the city tours and free times (subway, train, bus, taxi, etc.)
• Lunches except the training days (approx. – per meal 30 USD)
• Dinners except the dinner invitation (approx. – per meal 50 USD)
• Entrances of museums, temples, etc. during the city tours (approx. – total - 40 USD)
*these are net fee. %18 VAT will be included for companies located in Turkey.

The participants’ number is very important for realization the organization. Cancellations on confirmed applications are non-refundable. You could change the name of the participant.
A main list will be created by application date. If the group size is exceeded a reserve list will be kept in order to replace.
Invoicing and payment will be start after confirming the program.
The group need to be clarify and all the payments must be completed 30 days ago.
