RS Executive offers three methods of search:

Executive search

Executive search comprises of all methods ofsearch, strategically targeting people who arein the market – not on the market. Eachretained search begins with a detailedbreakdown of the requirement through closeconsultation with the client. A timescale for thesearch is agreed upon, an internal researchteam and specific consultants are assigned inorder to best source, through proactiveheadhunting, the most suitable candidate inthe market. This method is most suitablewhen you are trying to source a hard to findcandidate or when you are working within arestricted timescale.

Advertised Selection

Advertised searches run alongside ourdatabase and contingency search to widenthe opportunity for a higher volume of suitableapplicants. This can be run as a companybranded campaign or as a RS Executivecampaign in order to protect client identity in the market. RS Executive then coordinates all responses and screens all applicants before putting them forward for interview.

Contingent Recruitment

Contingency search is a process in which weutilise our existing database, proactivelycontacting those that we are aware may besuitable in the market. This method follows areferral and recommendation process in whichRS Executive perform initial screening of candidates, provide profiles of our recommended candidates, and counsel eachsuccessful applicant through the interview,offer and inevitable counter offer process
