Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorer Lutro – Chapter 004 – Midnight Snack

After several more minutes of tossing and turning, Lutro made up his mind. With a quietly-rumbling belly and Lara’s words still flowing through his mind, the buizel had to get some food. He stole a glance over to the other side of the room. The moonlight shone on Lara, still sleeping soundly. Lutro carefully rolled out of bed onto all fours and snuck to the door. He crept with his belly to the ground despite nobody watching, and slipped out into the dark, dimly-lit hall without incident.

It took Lutro a minute or so to get used to the lighting and find his way, doing his best to remember where that pantry was. It was dead quiet all through the guild, save the occasional loud snore emanating from one of the dormitory rooms. Lutro took quick, quiet breaths and padded silently along, making only the smallest of pitter-pattering against the floor that echoed quietly through the open halls. He found himself standing in the main entry hall, all alone, nobody watching, no-one to guide him. Within the guild there were no signs that pointed anything out. Now, was it a left here? Or a right?Lutro did his best to retrace his steps from the tour earlier. Alright we came from my room, then we went… this way! His eyes lit up and his belly grumbled excitedly when the familiar smaller hallway came into view, Lutro jogging up to the door he knew was the pantry (or at least, one of the pantries). He tested it and, to the buizel’s joy, the door opened! Inside awaiting Lutro was the familiar stocks of food, all ripe for the taking!

Lutro licked his lips and didn’t even bother closing the door behind him, wondering which wonderful thing he would use to sate his appetite. He felt a pang of guilt at that moment, but the force of his hunger was far greater. Here he was, out of bed after hours. Was he really going to quit now? I’ll just take a couple apples is all, he vowed. The compromise suited Lutro well, the buizel taking a seat and chowing down noisily onthe shining red fruits. It didn’t take him long at all to work through his midnight snack, Lutro finishing off the pair of apples together, chewing, and gulping them down. He sighed and licked his lips of dribbling apple juice, rubbing his pudgy belly. “Ah, now that hit the spot,” he said quietly. “Now I just gotta get back to bed before anyone sees me.” The happy buizel stood and turned tails to walk right out of the room, waltzing right outthe door.

Or he would have, had his snout not bunched up against a strong something-or-other blocking the way. Lutro fell back onto his rump and blinked to clear his vision, looking up at what he bumped into, and let out a small gasp, pupils shrinking. Karishi slithered

fully into the room, shutting the door and turning a knob on the gas lamp, illuminating the room. He wasn’t smiling.

“So...” his sibilant voice hissed. “I come out from my study to find our newest recruit pinching food.” Lutro cowered, slinking down and backwards until his rump budged up against a bushel. He’d never seen the serperior look so upset. So disappointed.

Grrrrn…

So hungry-looking. The buizel gasped when Karishi slung his back half forward, instantlycoiling around Lutro’s plump middle, tailtip resting against his rear. Karishi was smiling again, but it was considerably more devious than the other times Lutro’d seen him do it. And it scared him more than the angry look the grass type sported moments ago. “Your first night in the guild and you decide to steal food.” Was it just Lutro, or was Karishi drooling a little? His smirking jaws certainly hung open just a bit more than normal, as his head crept towards the water type slowly. “Your punishment will be executed by me… Immediately.” Lutro squeaked in panic, feeling the coils around him squeeze his fat belly and sides. All while the guildmaster stared down at him as hungrilyas Lutro did to the apples just moments ago. “Mmm… I’m glad such a pudgy apprentice decided to get in trouble.”

Lutro was beside himself in panic, many emotions rushing through him all at once. “I-I’m sorry! I was just a little hungry and couldn’t help myself!” Lutro grunted and struggled, but the guildmaster’s coiled grip was far too strong for him to break out of. He couldn’t help stare at the drooling maw of Karishi, the serperior’s narrowed eyes studying over his plump form. It sent shivers down his spine. “Please, let me go!” Karishi smirked and slowly shook his head, his mind clearly made up. Lutro winced as a long, slow exhale wafted over his face, the serperior’s own head creeping closer and closer to the trapped buizel… as the jaws spread wide open before him.



“Wait!” Lutro exclaimed, his tails flicking in panic as the large serperior maw, dripping insaliva and containing a glistening gullet and tongue, crept closer. He could hardly believe what washappening! He felt his hindlegs kicking air as he was lifted off the ground and brought within a few inches of Karishi’s muzzle, being drawn up into the drooling, awaiting jaws. “Don’t eat me!!” But his protests fell on deaf ears. The squealing, protesting buizel was shoved headfirst deep into the serperior’s mouth, the jaws expanding to fit Lutro’s head, neck and flotation sac in all at once. Copious amounts of slimy drool coated the buizel instantly. Lutro squealed in horror as the forked tongue ran over his head

and down his chest, as Karishi slowly fed him deeper into his maw. The guildmaster showed no signs of slowing down. This was no joke or idle threat. Karishi was working to eat Lutro alive! “Mmmfff!!”

The serperior drooled heavily over his pokémon prey. The taste was positively exquisite,Lutro’s plump body so malleable and juicy to Karishi’s taste buds. He lowered his head, jaws widening further as he took in Lutro’s chest and arms. The squealing buizel’s head was swallowed down at that moment, with a loud GLRK reverberating over Lutro. He felt himself free to kick with his hinds as his fat body was lifted, coils unraveling as the large maw held him in place. Lutro kicked through the air and swished his tails, whipping them about in a futile attempt to get the guildmaster to set him free. But instead, Karishi just swallowed once more. ULK! Lutro whined when his chest slipped down the throat, squeezed more tightly than his head was, a buizel bulge emerging in the serperior’s neck.



Karishi even let a little purr of delight escape, bubbling up from the throat that Lutro occupied. The grass serpent lifted his head up horizontal, and gave it a toss, jaws widening again, slightly-agape, thick lines of drool connecting the roof of his mouth with his prey. The toss sentLutro deeper into the gullet, athird slimy GLK shoving more ofhis pudgy frame in. Those linesof saliva broke when the jawsclenched shut around thebuizel’s hips, leaving theguildmaster to sample the fat,squishy belly mashed against histongue and half-hanging outsidethe jaws. “Mpph!Mppppphhh!!” he could hearLutro plead. Karishi haddevoured many before, and itwas always the same, so hecould easily guess his meal’swords. “Let me out! Don’t eatmeee!!” Lutro cried desperately,forced to take short, pantingbreaths in the tight, undulatingconfines of the dark serperior esophagus. He only heard Karishi chuckle in response, the serperior’s thick forked tongue slithering out and around Lutro’s vast stomach as it lapped up against his rear. Lutro moaned, tails still swishing, though with not as much effort. Legs still kicking, but only hitting air. The buizel’s lower belly and fat butt cheeks protruded from the serperior’s maw. Karishi’s neck bulged out greatly with the rest of the doughy buizel, as the jaws squelched and chewed softly around, squirting saliva free. “Mmm...” Karishi purred.

Lutro was in a state of shock. The obese buizel moaned in futility, feeling the slimy tongue press against one rump cheek, then the other, then work its way in between them. The plump crevice of his rear housed the juiciest flavors the serperior could find on his meal, the tongue working inward and nestling in between both pudgy, delicious cheeks. The base of his tongue worked against his lower belly, Karishi deriving more



pleasure from the whining squirms of the pokémon he was eating alive. Lutro’s heart stopped when he sunk deeper, feeling the tongue push against his rear. His fat body slidinward rapidly, the serperior’s lips sliding around his plump butt slowly and steadily. Lutro’s hindlegs slipped past the threshold, and the buizel screamed in terror when Karishi’s jaws closed completely, with naught but a few inches of buizel tails flicking feebly past protruded lips. “No… no!” he squealed deep in the serperior’s throat, struggling in place but finding no purchase on anything.

The serperior’s cheeks were puffed out, bulging with buizel as the tongue slathered Lutro up in another layer of snake slobber. Lutro wailed, feeling the throat muscles pulsate and squeeze tightly from all sides, with the base of the tongue riding up into

the crevice of his doughy, furry rear end once more. Karishi’s lips became stained with fresh drool, unable to control himself, idly pondering how the delicious buizel lasted this long. The serperior tipped his head upward and slurped in thelast few inches of flicking buizel tails, chewing softly and squeezing the overweight buizel body harshly in his jaws, the flavor too great to not savor for a few moments. To Lutro those moments stretched forever, but to the hungry serperior they went by in an instant.

With his eyes closed and a smile on his lips, Karishi swallowed Lutro whole with a slimy thick GLRK! The oversized sagging

bulge in the serpent’s neck descended noisily, the muffled cries of a devoured buizel sinking along with it. Karishi smacked his lips as he watched Lutro slowly make his way through his throat, salivating in the aftertaste, before capping everything off with something that threatened to wake up everyone in the guild.



“UUUURRRP!” Karishi’s jawsspread wide, viscous strands ofsaliva flying out from his jaws whenhe belched. In addition, severalbuizel hairs and a slimy blue scarfshot out from his jaws, only tosplatter to the ground. Just as it didso, the whiny buizel bulge slippeddown to the serperior middle,Lutro terrified to find himself beingsqueezed into the tight confines ofthe guildmaster’s noisy stomach!He was greeted with an ominousgrowl as he came to a stop amongst gooey saliva and stomach fluids. Lutro was stuck in place as the acids drenched over his fur. “Please, Guildmaster, let me out! I’m sorry! Don’t digest meee!!”

But all Karishi could hear was “Mff! Mffffff!!!” The large muffled bulge in his middle onlyreminded him of the apprentice’s taste. He licked his drooling lips and daintily picked upthe expelled, dripping scarf with his tail. “I am glad you broke the rules, Lutro,” he spokeafter a moment’s contemplation, slowly slithering out into the hall. “You were so plumpand tender. I hope our next apprentice either follows the rules or is just as tasty as you!” The serperior reasonsed that the mild inconvenience of re-starting the interview process was completely worth the midnight snack.



“Mff…” Chrrrn. Glck. Gurgle. The last of Lutro’s protests were quickly drowned out by the active serperior stomach working to digest the would-be apprentice. Karishi simply slithered back to his study to retire for the evening, having no trouble at all moving withthe digesting meal weighing him down.

“So that’s why he wasn’t in the room this morning.” Lara couldn’t help but stare at the large bulge in the lower third of Karishi. It was mostly quiet, save the occasional small groan. She stood before him in the mess hall alone while Karishi filled her in on what transpired the previous evening.

“Yes, the greedy buizel found out that no-one steals from the Serpents’ Guild,” Karishi grinned, putting his tail before his mouth as his cheeks puffed out, suppressing a burp. “He was most delectable…”



“Heh, I can tell,” Lara smirked, making her way to the pudgy bulge that was the only remaining evidence of her former fat partner. She put a paw to the bulge and pushed lightly. The soft fat gave way and a grumble ensued. Karishi chuckled.

“Of course this means you’ll be working alone again for a while. Until we get another replacement.”

“No skin off my back,” Lara smiled. “He was too much of a loser anyway. Let me know when you find someone better.” With a wave the shinx strolled on out of the mess hall, off to enjoy her room all to herself once again.

Karishi watched her go, then peeked to the ever-softening mass of pudge near his tail. “Pity. He showed real promise too.” But the guildmaster paid Lutro no more mind. Over the course of the next few days, Lutro was digested completely, with not so much as a scrap of fur left over. He remained as nothing more than the thinnest layer of pudge on Karishi’s form, and was quickly forgotten by the guild at large.
