Sanitize your work area.
Cut the stems off the Brussels Sprouts.

Step #3Wash the Brussels Sprouts thoroughly.
Steps 2 and 3 may be done the day before service.
Store cleaned Brussels sprouts covered in the refrigerator.

Step #4Place Brussels Sprouts onto a sheet pan.
Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil over the Brussels Sprouts and toss to distribute the oil evenly. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt.

Roast for approximately 15 minutes.

possible to achieve the best
results.
