Company Profile• Ritesh Electricals, Daman is a luminaries manufacturing company

with its administrative office situated at Mumbai and works atDaman. The company manufactures light fittings called luminariesfor M/s. Bajaj Electricals Limited / Crompton / Osram / Surya / Indiabulls / Orient / Tisva etc. The company is an exclusive manufacturerof “bajaj” brand products. Whereas product design and vendorselection for critical components is the responsibility of Customquality assurance processes are carried out jointly by theorganization with the customer. The range of productmanufactured include commercial, decorative & industrial ledluminaries.

• In order to improve continuously the functioning of the company with the ultimate aim of providing customer satisfaction, the organization has established a Quality Management System in line with there requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015

• The Daman Works, henceforth called the organization, has set uppre‐treatment and powder coating activities along with an effluenttreatment plant as required as per government legislations.

• Controls are in place and environmental performance with respectto applicable legal requirements is continuously tracked andmonitored. The organization, has on such operations deployedpersonnel with the adequate expertise and with similar industrybackground.

• The management of the organization is aware of its responsibilitiestowards stake holders like employees and surroundings and also inorder to improve its environmental performance, the organizationhas, therefore, decided to formulate, establish, maintain andcontinually improve it`s Environmental Management System in linewith the requirements of the International Standard ISO 14001:2015.

• Both the management systems have been integrated into oneIntegrated Management System with one set of documentation.This IMS Manual describes the policy of organization asimplemented to fulfill the requirements of both the managementsystems.

• We take it as our responsibility and commitment for overallimprovement of our organization’s activities, products and services.

• Top management provides the resources essential to theimplementation and control of the IMS system, including training,human resources, specialty services, financial resources, technicaland informational services. These are reviewed in managementreviews and additional resources required are identified andprovided.
