Put equipment in appropriate location, avoiding busy paths
Do not continuously talk to public if it is unwanted by them
Ensure equipment is set up properly prior to use
Make sure students are protecting equipment making sure nobody gets too close and that if anybody does that they are made aware before any incident occurs
Ask public prior to asking proper questions if they would mind being filmed so we know they are comfortable in front of camera
Double check everything is set up properly and that when using it everybody is aware not to get too close in case it does fall
