RINCO ULTRASONICS has been a specialist in the design and manu-facture of ultrasonic welding machinery and ultrasonic cutting equipmentfor more than 30 years.

Since 1997, the company, based in Romanshorn in Switzerland, has beena member of the CREST GROUP and it operates internationally employ-ing 80 people altogether worldwide. Mastering ultrasonic technologyrequires specific expertise. The relatively high proportion of employeesworking in development, at around 20%, guarantees innovative products.Apart from microprocessor-controlled generators, and both machine and hand-welding equipment, the company also supplies components tobe integrated with special purpose machines. RINCO products are used to weld plastic components and to cut food products as well assynthetic textiles.

The modular design of the systems enables them to be easily retooledand upgraded. With a wide range of frequencies and power outputs from100 to 3000 Watts, RINCO can offer a suitable system for almost anyapplication.

The Ultrasonics Specialists

Our many years of experience inconsulting on application tech-nology and developing solutions isapplied in the following sectorsamongst others:

Our custom-made tools – parti-cularly those with compositehorns for complex welding opera-tions – also allow you to make themost of our specialist knowledgeand the proverbial Swiss highquality standards, which we alsomaintain, guaranteeing the bestresults.

But even that is not enough.Because after you have made yourpurchase, our excellent customerservice then offers you a rapidand highly competent level ofsupport.

The Integration Specialists

Thanks to their modular design, standard products such as actua-tors and generators can also beperfectly fitted to special purposemachines. In addition, however,we also supply OEM products suchas the AGM generator, which can

be completely controlled by anindependent PLC fitted to themachine. Multiracks allow severalgenerator modules to be operatedat once, our special actuators willnever let you down, even when itcomes to the most demanding

Continuous cutting and sealingof textiles

RINCO products can be integrated with special purpose machinery andautomated lines without problem. RINCO generators and robot-controlled cutting tools are used to produce textile-clad interiors for theautomotive industry, for example, where the fabric is cut and sealedat the edge of the plastic part.

or challenging applications. As asupplier of components and con-sultants on integration, we workvery closely with internationalOEM partners and can thereforealso offer you the ideal solutionfor your automated applications.
