INTRODUCTION

The RI Americas 2016 conference, Response Global Media?s flagship US, Canada and Latin America conference, was another full house with 371 attendees packing out the auditorium on December 6/7 at Bloomberg in New York, which hosts the event.

Keynote interviews at the event included:

- Pet e Grannis, First Deputy Comptroller, Office of the New York State Comptroller, which oversees the $185bn New York State Common Retirement Fund.

- Sarah Keohane Will iam son , Chief Executive Officer at FCLT Global, whose board includes Mark Wiseman, Global Head of Active Equities, BlackRock and Dominic Barton, Global Managing Partner, McKinsey & Company, talking about how investors and companies can move away from short-term, value-destroying behaviour to long-term value creation.

- St ephanie Leaist , Managing Director, Head of Sustainable Investing, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), outlining the work of the Taskforce on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures, the G20, and the future of corporate and investor financial accounting.

This photo report gives a flavour of the people, panels, networking and ambiance that made for another stellar RI Americas conference. Thank you!
