Though never clandestine in its juridical contempt towards Nigg- African Americans, the Amerikan just us system has re-demonstrated quite publicly the scope of which anti-Blackness has been institutionalized in recent years, 2013 and 2014 in particular. The incessant commitment of the law to the grammar of suffering1, specifically the gratuitous violence that happens to that same violence being justified in society as a whole and by the state, of which all Blackened bodies are heir to is thinly veiled under libertarian goodie-bag words/terms like Right to bear arms!, Freedom!, (S)HE WAS BLACK!
