TATA NANO at Uttrakhand by acting as front face from LLP .Handled the WH with a covered area of 50000 sqft
a long with 8 cross docks (30000 sqft )across India. Including the dispatch plan for a ll the X dock to meet the
timelines of production. Secondary movement from WH to plant as per the production schedule.

Handle and managing distribution requirements from receiving to finished goods to dispatch to Internal and
External Customers.
Conduct regular meeting from the Hauler's owner and s taff.
Maps out short-term and long-term plans for Cross-Docks in consonance with Logistics objectives. Involves all
s taff and crew in carrying out the plans. Keeps him abreast development in distribution management and applies
this to the department whenever applicable.
Reviews the Project budgets and ensures that these are realistic and faithfully consolidated into the overall
Dis tribution Center budget.
