Responsible for Tryouts of Tool Selection, Fixtures, Gauges etc. Application of cutting tools, tool holders required for machining. Conducting the training program of newly joined trainees. Maintaining product quality by periodic maintenance of machines, Jigs & Fixtures. Engage ourselves in developing new components, jigs & fixtures requires for regular

production. Planning and Scheduling for completing daily dispatch schedule as per customer

requirements. Responsible for daily production compliance. Record keeping of dispatch schedule. Maintaining the manpower & monitor efficiency of operator and keep records. To solve online problems.
