1.) Discovered badly damaged, leaking floor under dishwashing

area.

2.) Diamond grinded entire surface to remove the failed coating and

ensure a positive bond with our new floor.

3.) Repaired all joints around plumbing hubs with a mortar to

ensure water-tightness.

4.) Installed 4” cove base for future cleanability & resistance to moisture damage. Put down a

1/8” system of cement urethane with a non-slip silica sand broadcast.

5.) Top-coated with 8 mils of another cement urethane to seal the surface to provide assurance of no future water

issues.
