A FURTHER release of new elevatedlots in the Meve at Beeliar estate has justbeen announced.

Development director Phil Stannardsaid the release was a simple response tothe strong demand for homesites in oneof the most anticipated precincts of theestate.

Stages 14B and 15B are high on theridge on the southwestern corner of theestate, and offer views west toCockburn Sound and the ocean, northacross the estate to the Perth cityskyline and east to the Hills, as well as

taking in neighbouring parkland.Mr Stannard said the new release

comprised 34 ‘family’ homesites rangingin size from 544sqm to 660sqm, with theaverage lot size on offer being 600sqm.

“Construction of these lots will becompleted in December this year withthe certificates of title anticipated earlyin the new year,” Mr Stannard said.

“Strong buyer interest has continuedwith 14 lots from this new releasealready under contract.”

This release news comes as littlesurprise as Meve at Beeliar has

continually proven to be one of the mostsuccessful residential estates in thesouthern suburbs.

The estate is ideally situated offBeeliar Drive between the KwinanaFreeway and Coogee Beach and isbordered on two sides by BeeliarRegional Park.
