Marie Parish in Manchester, NH. Commissioned by the Yeoman’s Fund for the Arts, Santore’s choral-orchestral work uses texts by Peggy Johnson inspired by Philip Simmons’ book Learning to Fall, a reflection on the art of living and his experiences with Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). GOAL Patrons can support the orchestra and soloists needed to perform this relevant work. Each instrument has a funding goal. Donations can also be made in honor, or in memory of a loved one. Donors will be recognized in the concert program booklet and the MCS website and Facebook page if they wish. Donations $500 or more will receive 2 complimentary tickets. All donations are tax deductible. MISSION of MCS The Manchester Choral Society is committed to sharing and promoting the best choral music of a variety of styles and periods through vibrant performances, collaboration, and educational and community outreach. Established in 1961, MCS is a non-profit, auditioned community choir and continues to be one of the region's most respected choral organizations Enclosed you will find a donation form that you may return to the office with your donation information.
