How can we better provide services to the “Non-Campus” Countries (UWI-12)
How do we finance our growth given limitations in the ability of our governments to fund that anticipated growth?

Caribbean Integration Programme
The University of the West Indies must play a leading role in the Caribbean Integration Process – intellectually, spiritually, and in practical ways.
Proposal: Formal Programme for an exchange of students between Campus countries and from UWI-12 countries, for periods of two weeks to one academic year.
Caribbean Integration Programme
Problem:
While there has been remarkable growth of student numbers on the three main campuses, they are increasingly confined to campuses in their own territories
