1. A CBR VALUE OF 3.0 WAS USED IN THE DESIGN OF THE PAVEMENT SECTION. THECONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT ANDERSON ENGINEERING TO TEST THE SOILS TOCONFIRM A CBR=3 IS PRESENT FOR THE MATERIALS USED.

2. SUBGRADE MUST BE STABLE AND HARD UNDER PROOF ROLLING WITH A FULLYLOADED TANDEM AXLE DUMP TRUCK PRIOR TO INSTALLING BASE ROCK.

3. SOILS MUST BE PLACED AND COMPACTED TO A MINIMUM OF 95% MAXIMUM DRYDENSITY AS DETERMINED BY ASTM D698 WITH MAXIMUM LOOSE LIFT OF 8".

4. THE MAXIMUM COMPACTED THICKNESS OF ANY ONE LAYER OF BASE ROCKMATERIAL SHALL NOT EXCEED 6 INCHES WITH EACH LIFT COMPACTED TO 100% OFMAXIMUM DRY DENSITY AS DETERMINED BY ASTM D698 (STANDARD PROCTOR).

3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL MATERIALS DEEMED UNSUITABLE BY THE ENGINEER WITHIN EIGHT INCHES OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING FOOTPRINT TO THEDEPTH THAT SUCH UNSUITABLE MATERIALS EXIST. VOIDS SHALL BE FILLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RECOMMENDATIONS FROM A CERTIFIED GEOTECHNICALENGINEER.

4. TREE REMOVAL SHALL INCLUDE THE COMPLETE REMOVAL OF TREES AS NOTED ON THE PLAN, INCLUDING ALL STUMPS AND ROOTS. IF ADDITIONAL TREES AREDEEMED NECESSARY TO BE REMOVED BY THE CONTRACTOR, CONTRACTOR MUST OBTAIN WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER PRIOR TO REMOVAL OF SAIDTREES. 6. DISPOSAL OF ALL MATERIALS SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS. ALL WASTE MATERIAL SHALL BE DISPOSED OF OFF-SITE.CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ALL MATERIALS FROM THE SITE ALONG WITH ALL ASSOCIATED PERMITS AND REGULATORYREQUIREMENTS.

4. MARK THE PANEL CORRUGATION LOCATIONS ON THE UPSLOPE ANDDOWNSLOPE CURB FLANGES AND NOTCH AS SHOWN ABOVE. (DO NOTOVERSIZE NOTCH.)

5. "DRY FIT" THE CURB OVER THE OPENING AND MARK THE OUTER FLANGELINE WITH A MARKER. REMOVE CURB.

6. APPLY THE TAPE MASTIC AS OUTLINED IN THE DETAILS.

7. PLACE THE CURB OVER THE OPENING AND ATTACH WITH #12X1 1/4 ROOFFASTENERS IN THE PRE-DRILLED FLANGE HOLES. DO NOT INSTALL 1 1/2"FASTENERS WITHIN RECOMMENDED OF PANEL CORRUGATIONS. DO NOTATTACH CURB TO SUB FRAMING.

8. CAULK THE PANEL SEAMS AS SHOWN IN DETAIL.

9. CAULK THE FLANGE AND INSIDE FACES OF THE STANDING SEAM RIBCOVER WITH (2) 1/4"Ø BEADS OF URETHANE CAULK WITH HOLES OF RIBCOVER LOCATED BETWEEN CAULKING BEADS. PLACE THE RIB COVERS OVERPANEL ENDS AND ATTACH WITH THE ROOF FASTENERS AS SHOWN IN THEDETAIL.

10. TOOL ALL EXPOSED CAULKING TO ALLOW FOR PROPER DRAINAGE.REMOVE ALL METAL SHAVINGS FROM CURB AREA.

DO NOT ATTACH CURB ORBACKER CHANNEL TO SIDECHANNELS OR PURLINS

3. SEAL APPLY TAPE MASTIC (3/4TM) TO THEUNDERSIDE OF THE ALUMINUM BASE.

4. FORM BEND ALUMINUM BASE TO CONTOURSOF THE ROOF PANEL. A LARGE SLOTSCREWDRIVER OR SIMILAR BLUNT TOOL MAY BEUSED TO PRESS THE BASE INTO TIGHT AREAS.

5. FASTEN SECURE THE PIPE FLASHING TO THE ROOF#14 ROOF FASTENERS. PANEL WITH SEEMANUFACTURES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FASTENERLAYOUT, LOCATIONS AND QUANTITIES.
