Target Audience

This educational program is directed toward the broad variety of anesthesiologists that comprises the population of practitioners in Ohio. This population includes anesthesiologists practicing in university teaching hospitals; tertiary care non-university hospitals; urban, suburban and rural community hospitals, outpatient surgical facilities, and office-based practices. The program also will serve to educate anesthesiology residents.

AMA Credit Designation Statement

The Ohio State University Center for Continuing Medical Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Summary Statement

OSA’s 74th Annual Meeting seeks to expand the knowledge of enhancing Anesthesia Professionalism. Experts will present and discuss ways to improve professionalism. These topics will emphasize practical clinical approaches that will work for a primary anesthesia provider, resident supervisor or other anesthesia practitioner.

Accreditation Statement

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The Ohio State University Center for Continuing Medical Education (CCME) and the Ohio Society of Anesthesiologists. The CCME is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

LATE REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION

Deadline to register for the conference is August 29, 2014. To register for the conference after

August 29, 2014, please call the OSA office. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be

made if cancelled by August 29, 2014. After August 29, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be de-

ducted from refunds. Written notification of your cancellation is required to process all re-

funds. Deadline to request a cancellation refund is October 3, 2014.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the

Intercontinental Hotel in Cleveland until 12:00 a.m.

August 23, 2012 Reservations must be made directly

with the Hotel Reservation Department to receive a

special single or double room rate of $149, plus tax.

Please identify yourself as being with the Ohio So-

ciety of Anesthesiologists (OSA). Please note ho-

tel reservations MUST be made by August 21, 2012.

Room Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. the

day prior to your scheduled arrival. The hotel pro-
