Retail Market Program update • The Retail Market Program was approved up to Q1/2019.

• New action 143 was logged: Prioritisation process for post Q1/2019 to be

agreed.

• The Retail Market Program will be a standing item on the ReMCoSG Agenda

going forward.

De-harmonisation • UR is minded to de-harmonise.

• Discussions ensued about potential impacts of de-harmonisation.

• UR will emphasise internally the importance of making a decision on de-

harmonisation as early as possible.

• New action 144 was logged: ESBN/NIE Networks to provide a date at

which if a decision was not made it would put the delivery of post

Q1//2019 Retail Market Program at risk.

IT Managed Service Provider Update

Transition plans are being finalised to maintain the effective operation of the

market systems during the transition period.

Suppliers will not be required to make any changes as part of these transition

activities, for example, IP addresses will remain unchanged

Communication has been issued regarding outages required as part of

transition activities. The next outage will be:

Friday 22 September 2017 at 8pm to Monday 25 September 2017 at 8am

At the IGG on 26th July 2017, following the briefing on a P1 incident, it was

identified that market documentation needed to be updated to reflect the as-is

process that is currently in place to cater for meter and/or service removal as

part of a de-energisation.

This DR raised to show the necessary documentation updates required.

Upcoming Outages

IT Service Provide Transition – Capita to Atos

There will be a TIBCO outage from Friday 22nd September to Sunday 24th

September 2017 for 52 hours – further details will issue shortly.

A workshop has been scheduled for Tuesday 12th September which will give

Suppliers the opportunity to meet the Atos team and answer any

technical/business questions they may have regarding the transition and service

from 01 October 2017.
