in the open di!cu!!ion! with fellow practitioner!, and play an actie part in the !election ofwinning entrie!)

docu3entary progra3! that approach their !ubDect in an ine!tigatie and 3odern way)

/he hort For3! Category include! !hort dra3a!, !hort docu3entarie! and Ar! Acu!tica up to

10 3inute! of duration) It i! obligatory that !hort for3! progra3! hae been thought of,

produced and aired a! !uch, no abbreiated or !hortened longer for3! will be accepted) If

eidence !how! otherwi!e the progra3 will be e5cluded fro3 the Fe!tial)

Along with the original !cript, a !hort !u33ary and !ynop!i! of the progra3 #appro5i3ately &

purpo!e of pro3oting the Fe!tial free of charge and ha! the right to @eep all
