1 cup skim milk (almond, soy, or coconut milk can be substituted)

1 scoop Vanilla or Strawberry Attain CraveBlocker

1 cup frozen fruit (your choice)

6–8 ice cubes

Pour a cup of skim milk into blender. Add 1 scoop of Attain CraveBlocker. Add 1 cup of your favourite fruit (peaches and strawberries are recommended). Toss in ice cubes. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Citrus SqueezeGet a fresh take on workout rehydration. Sustain™ Sport, orange juice and strawberries make the perfect power-up.

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1 cup prepared Lemon Blast Sustain Sport

2/3 cup frozen whole strawberries

1 cup ice

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until ice is crushed and the drink is smooth.

Straight Green Go one up on Popeye. With vitamin-packed spinach this smoothie is a true super snack.

1 spoonful Greek yoghurt
