This type of barrier is rooted in intolerance to difference and the abuse of power in order to create and maintain inequality.In all societies there is a need to raise awareness about the fact that children with disabilities have the same rights and needs as other children. Overcoming the psycho-social, institutional and physical barriers presents an enormous challenge, but it is key to ensuring inclusive education.

But to overcome these barriers requires immediate additional financial assistance to be provided by the local government:Customization and procurement of textbooks and teaching materials (eg. In Braille, pictures, drawings,

The role of the Centre in the criminal justice treatment of children and youth is expressed as follows:• exclusive jurisdiction of the guardianship authority, which applies to children under 14 years of age-offenders, to juvenile offenders, according to which no criminal proceedings on children and juveniles with behavioral disorders who have not committed crimes,• competence during the criminal proceedings against minors,• jurisdiction after the court decision (in the course of execution of corrective measures).

The team for the protection of children and youth with social behavior disorders constitute a social worker, a special educator, psychologist and lawyer.

Day care center for children and youthwith social behavior disordersDay care center for children and youth with social behavior disorders service system of social protection which provides help and support to children and young people who exhibit behavioral problems or are not able to adequately meet their needs and meet them in a socially unacceptable manner, and their parents and guardians.

1.
