MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
RAY
MOUNTING
RAY Series fixtures ship with your choice of hanging hardware. To mount your RAY fixture, start
by identifying a suitable support structure to hang your fixture from. RAY22 weighs 1lb 4oz,
RAY44 weighs 2lb 3oz, and RAY66 weighs 3lbs 2oz. The power supply for all three RAY fixtures
weighs 2lbs 2oz. Common support structures used to hang RAY fixtures include Unistrut, trusses,
pipes and structural channel.
RAY STANDARD MOUNTING BRACKETS
Standard mounting brackets are designed to provide two points
of contact to hang from or hard mount to a support structure.
1 Start by installing the two
screws into the threaded holes
in the brackets
2 Insert the brackets into the channel windows on either end of the RAY fixture. Please
ensure the screw-heads remain above the channel when inserting brackets.
RAY SUSPENSION KIT
The RAY Suspension Kit allows you to suspend RAY up to 5’ below a suitable support structure and
control the angle at which the RAY fixture shines on your canopy.
1 Begin by threading the larger screws
through the holes on the long end of
the L-brackets.
2 Align L-brackets with the crimp-
brackets as show in the drawing
on the right and connect the two
brackets using the smaller screws.
Hand tighten screw to allow for
adjustments later.
3 Slide brackets into desired
position based on the support
structure you are mounting to
or hanging from. Ideal spacing
should equal the distance
from the center of the RAY
fixture. When bracket is in
desired position, hand-tighten
the screws on each bracket to
pin it in place.
4 Suspend your RAY fixture using the side-facing holes in the brackets, or hard-mount to a support
structure over your canopy. Bracket spacing can be easily adjusted after installation.

Insert the long end of the L-brackets into the channel windows on either end of the RAY fixture.
Ensure the screw-heads remains above the channels when inserting bracket. Once L-brackets are
inserted, hand tighten the screws above the channel to pin the bracket to the fixture.
Install the included suspension cables over a suitable support structure using the loops at the end
of each wire. Position loops the same distance apart as your fixture length to ensure stability, and
then attach carabiners to the end of each cable.
Insert the ferruled end of the included 8” crimping cable into the crimping bracket as pictured below.
6 Using a pair of pliers, crimp the sides of
the crimping bracket inward to trap the
crimping cable.
7 After both crimping cables have been
secured to the crimping brackets, suspend
your RAY fixture from your suspension
cables using the carabiners and the
looped end of the crimping cable.
8 Adjustments can be made to the deployment
angle at any time after install. To change
deployment angle, simply loosen the smaller
screw that binds the brackets together,
adjust the RAY deployment angle, and re-
tighten the small screw to lock fixture into
desired angle.
SUSPENSION EXTENSION KIT
Each RAY Suspension Extension Kit allow you to add one more RAY fixture to your RAY Suspension Kit.
Please note that a fully assembled RAY Suspension Kit is required for the Suspension Extension Kit to work.
1 Begin by threading the larger screws
through the holes on the long end of
the L-brackets.
2 Align L-brackets with the crimp-
brackets as show in the drawing
on the right and connect the two
brackets using the smaller screws.
Hand tighten screw to allow for
adjustments later.
3 Insert the long end of the L-brackets into the channel windows on either end of the RAY fixture.
Please ensure the screw-heads remains above the channels when inserting bracket. Once L-brackets
are inserted, hand tighten the screws above the channel to pin the bracket to the fixture.

When the brackets are fully assembled and attached to your RAY fixture, insert either end of the
double-crimp cable into the crimping bracket slot and pinch with a pair of pliers.
Insert the other end of the double-crimping
cable into the bottom slot of the crimping
bracket from your original RAY Suspension
Kit. Pinch to bottom of the crimping
bracket to lock and lower cable into place.
Adjustments can be made to the deployment angle at any time after install. To change
deployment angle, simply loosen the smaller screws that binds the brackets together, adjust
deployment angle, and re-tighten the small screws to lock fixture into desired orientation.
Minor adjustments may need to be made to the crimping brackets to ensure both fixtures are
deployed at the same angle.

HOW TO APPLY YOUR VINYL-CUT FLUENCE STICKER
Clean and dry the surface where the sticker will be applied.
Remove backing sheet to expose adhesive and apply sticker to desired surface.
Starting from the center and working outward, squeegee pre-masked surface
with a credit card to remove air bubbles.
Allow adhesive to bond approximately 15 minutes before removing the back of the
sticker at a 45° angle, keeping it as close to the sticker as possible. If lettering is
coming up with back, re-squeegee before attempting to remove.
Last, and most important, please recycle all packaging material.
Future generations will thank you.
