When God asked Moses (Exodus, chapter 3) to lead His people out of Egypt, Mosesasked who the God was that was speaking to him out of a burning bush. God gaveHis name as “Yahweh,” meaning, “I Am.” Jesus came and told His followers (and
us) “I Am” the Good Shepherd, Way, Truth, Life, Light of the World.
The real God sent His Son into the world to really be our Savior. Jesus, who rosefrom the dead, is our refuge from sin. Jesus is our strength in times of trouble.
Because we have a real God who is present in His Word, present in our Baptism,and present in us and with us, we will have a really great year in His name.

NEW! OSLS ROBOTICS TEAM
We are excited to begin two new robotics teams at the school;an elementary team for 2-5th graders and a middle school teamfor 6-8th graders. Thanks to a grant from TechPoint Foundationfor Youth, the registration fees have been secured. Registration is now open for Little Rams soccer that will kick off on August 25th.
