Sep 2014 till Date – Vodafone (Project: Vodafone 3G Optimization and Quality) (Location: New Delhi) Working as 3G optimization Zonal Lead of East Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad Zone with 5 RNCs & 3400 Cells.

Performed optimization and initial tunings by detailed analysis of Call Events (Drop Call, Call Block, HO Fail) by analysing drive test reports, RSCP, Ec/No, UE TX Power, Power Control, Cell Parameters and Neighbour List.

Optimization/Analysis of IRAT HO failures, 3G to 3G Intra system (Soft/Softer HO), and post processing of the drive test data and recommend parameter changes.
