StoryJulia went to a primary school called Tall Oak Primary School. Julia had a group of friends at school
called Amanda, Rebecca and Isobel but today they were being unkind to her.
As Julia sat down next to her friend Amanda in class, Amanda ignored her and turned her head away
when Julia tried to speak to her.
At lunch time she couldn’t find the group of friends that she usually played with and it seemed to
Julia like they were avoiding seeing her.
2
In the lunch hall the girls were whispering to each other and laughing but leaving Julia out. It seemed
to Julia like they were laughing at her.
Julia did not feel like she had done anything wrong and didn’t know why her friends were acting this
way. When Julia got home she cried. Julia felt very lonely and didn’t want to go back to school the
next day.
