1) Number of Cartridges • More compact with 3 cartridges. • The diameter of Cartridge 3 is bigger to

accommodate a THICKER filtration media.

• Water has to go through thicker material thus ensuring a more thorough filtration. This is designed to work under challenging water condition ( very dirty water)

Cartridge 3 • A combination of Carbon Block, KDF, mineral balls and ion exchange resins • Diameter of the carbon block is XX compared to• Function:

- absorbs organic & inorganic chemicals.- with KDF to help neutralize the heavy metals

in the water- ensures thorough removal of chlorine,

chloramines, unpleasant odors & colors- makes the water sweeter by infusing it with

minerals

Pressure Valve

• Regulates the in-coming water pressure to ensure the inner system water pressure is maintained at 3 barsFor example: If the in-coming water pressure is 7 bars, our pressure valve will bring it down to 3 bars before the water goes into cartridges. This helps to reduce chances of leakages. • Able to withstand 20 bars pressure

Structural Changes Small rubber rings: - Many of the leakages happen when the small rubber rings are missing/worn off. This small detail may be overlooked. -Now the rubber rings will be pre-installed into the cartridge holder instead of the cartridges to minimize the problem

Material used for cartridge- Changed to PP plastic which is more expandable compared to Z -polymer

Structural Changes Connectors between the cartridges & frame supports- Structurally strengthened to ensure no micro leakages

Pre-installation-All 3 cartridges are pre-installed into the holders to avoid improper installation or mishandling-
