About the Job
Urotronic is an early stage medical device company utilizing pharmaceuticals. Our mission is to develop
revolutionary technologies that will transform the urology market through better patient outcomes. This
position reports directly to the Quality Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage Document Control process including processing of document change requests including DHF documents, SOP and WI creation and revision, external document management, and employee training records
Assist with receiving and inspection activities including incoming product inspection, inventory management, nonconforming material processing, and production lot kitting
Oversee quality metrics and trending including spreadsheet and chart maintenance, reporting, and follow up
Ownership of the calibration system including gauge calibration scheduling, shipping and receiving, and records management
Participate in internal and third-party audits including support of FDA and Notified Body audits
Liaison to service and product suppliers
Support purchasing activities for the quality department
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in Quality or Manufacturing role as a technician, document control specialist, or similar capacity
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to changing environment
Preferred Qualitications
Associates Degree or higher in Engineering or Physical Science or CQT or CQA certification
Understanding of FDA-regulated industry including medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals
Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and chart creation
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Travel
May include up to 5% domestic/international travel
Relocation
